Have you been in an abusive relationship?
Once the relief of being free dissolves, you’re left wondering why?
Am I crazy? Did it all really happen?
You are afraid to trust, to be open. Your story runs continually in your head, over and over, you are exhausted, anxious and sometimes even depressed.
Maybe you have since discovered you were in a narcissistic relationship or maybe the word keeps coming onto your radar but you don’t know what it is?
That was the case for me…
I just thought I had married a vindictive man. Then 13 years later I thought I had married a compulsive liar, then after that a sociopath!
At the time I wasn’t aware I was attracting narcissists, each time upgrading until my third, top grade full blown narcissistic sociopath – very scary, very dangerous.
Once he was finished with me, I had no home, no business, a mountain of debt and reputation in ruins.

I felt ashamed, dirty, used, stupid, guilty, paranoid, constantly questioning my reality and questioning my sanity.
My daughter will verify – I would constantly turn to her and say “did that really happen? It’s not just my imagination, right?”
Why am I telling you this?
Because if you see yourself in these words, I want to help you.
This is not a sells pitch – This is a genuine offer of help!
You see, all this happened to me from 1984 – 2013 whilst showing the world and believing myself to be an independent, strong, capable women and I was all those things – when single!
Since then I have been rebuilding my life and rebuilding myself, for the past 4 years I have been coaching and healing others to do the same.
But I have a calling and that calling is to specifically help women like myself. Women who have been victims of abuse within their relationships, narcissistic relationships.
I have spoken to hundreds of women that have needed my help but haven’t been in a position to work with me.
The frustration felt knowing I had the tools, knowledge and skill to liberate these women from their torment but not able to, drove me to look for a solution, look for my how?
How can I reach the masses and not just a fortunate few?
I set to work devising a coaching & healing program specific to narcissistic recovery that could be effectively delivered and taken in groups. That done, next step pricing.
Understanding my own situation back in 2013 I get it when women say “I can’t afford it or I will need to save,” the problem with that is you don’t get the opportunity to learn about yourself and you don’t get to heal.
Life continues, you pick yourself back up and you either make the decision to stay on your own or you get involved again, unfortunately usually with another narcissist! Maybe lower grade, maybe higher, maybe not – it’s a lottery.
But what if you could take the program and only pay what you can comfortably afford? This was the light bulb, Aha, that woke me 2 am one Tuesday morning. What if I didn’t put a price but left it open to what women can afford?
Would that allow me to help women like myself, would that allow me to reach out and help women make monumental changes to their lives and the lives of their children? Would we be able to put a stop to narcissistic abusive relationship cycles?
Honestly I don’t know… but I do know I have to try.
Specific narcissistic recovery is very complex
The fallout of having lived with a narcissist can stay with you for a lifetime if not addressed, often victims suffer with complex post traumatic stress disorder at its worst and anxiety at its best.
To recover fully and attain a fulfilled trusting life, its essential that we learn about ourselves and heal from the psychological programming that got us into the situation in the first place. Along with healing the debilitating programming we received from our narcissist.
and I look forward to seeing you on the other side.
